The organisation organising the trade fairs Střechy Praha, Solar Praha, Řemeslo Praha and Purpo Praha and operating www.strechy-praha.cz (hereinafter referred to as “we”), undertakes to protect and respect your right to privacy. This Policy sets out the basis on which we will process any personal data that we obtain from you or that you provide to us.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU?

We process the following personal data: email, first and last name, telephone number, in some cases password in encrypted form, and data that we obtain from you by using our services: IP address, cookies (in the case of online services), or other online identifier.
Please read the following text carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it. By expressly agreeing to this Policy when you visit the Website, you accept the wording and selected practices further specified in this Policy.

For the online fair, we collect the data provided when you register for the platform where the fair takes place.
We process personal data for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal titles (reasons for processing): organising participation in the trade fair, sending information about the date, venue and accompanying programmes of the trade fair, offers of cooperation and participation in our related projects, invitations to professional seminars and conferences, offers of honorary and discounted tickets to trade fairs via electronic means. The legal basis for this processing is a contractual requirement – the legal title of the performance of the contract for the provision of the services in question, or a legitimate interest in the sense of informing you about the trade fair organised by us, the date of the trade fair, discounted and free tickets and accompanying programmes that correspond to the focus of your company or are based on your previous participation in trade fairs organised by us.
No automated decision-making or profiling is used in the processing of all of the above personal data.

PROCESSING TIME OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of collection. This period does not affect personal data retained for the fulfilment of legal obligations, e.g. for the purposes of proper bookkeeping or archiving.

USE OF THIS INFORMATION

We only use the information we collect about you to provide you with our services, to notify you of changes to our services and to improve our services. We may also use this information to inform you about other services and products we offer that are similar to those you have already ordered or inquired about.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will not disclose your personal information to anyone except as described in this Policy. The only recipients of your personal information are the following categories (types) of entities: accounting company, IT system or storage provider, email client provider, partners involved in the organization of our events. We may share your personal data in the scope of name, e-mail, phone number with third parties if you have expressed interest in contacting these parties by clicking on their offer on the online fair. We may also share your personal information with third parties to prevent crime and reduce risk where required by law and where necessary for legal proceedings or to protect the rights or property, both ours and our customers.

The data we collect from you is stored and processed only within the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
