The joint-stock company Institute for Testing and Certification, a division of the Building Engineering Centre, provides testing and certification services for most products and technologies used in the construction industry, as well as consultancy and advisory services in the field of complex and individual programmes for the regeneration and repair of prefabricated houses and prefabricated skeleton buildings (such as school buildings, civic amenity buildings or health care facilities), including expert services, the procurement of building permits, advice on project financing and the selection of suitable certified local contractors.
