Instructions for assembly and disassembly
Assembly:
25th -27th January, 7am-11pm building-up a stands
27th January,from 4pm taking over stands ordered at the organizer, bringing exhibits,
a possibility of insurance
28th January completing works, inspection of electrical equipment
Disassembly:
30th January 5pm-12pm disassembly and drive-away own stands and exhibits
31st January midnight-11am finishing disassembly
We warn exhibitors, that it´s forbidden to start with a disassembly before the official termination of exhibition (before 5 pm 30.1.2010).
The exhibition halls of the Industrial Palace are not heated during the 25th January and the 26th January. It´s only allowed to use a trailer tape that doesn´t leave a marks on the floor while sticking a carpets. Any hit to floor, columns and ceiling is forbidden in the exhibition area. Bringing material through a foyer is forbidden. Ban on smoking throughout the Industrial Palace!

Driving in to the area during the assembly and disassembly
DEPOSIT! – Wednesday the 27thJanuary (assembly) the exhibitors will obtain a drive in card (for 3 hours) for 1.000 CZK deposit. It is necessary to leave the area within 3 hours otherwise the deposit expires. Monday the 25th and Tuesday the 26th January driving in is only possible wit an assembly card. Fee for a daylong drive in and parking (even repeated) is 150 CZK.
Entrance to the area for exhibitors
28th January: 7am – 7pm
29th January: 8am – 7pm
30th January: 8am - 5pm, after 5pm disassembly begins
Please be considerate to other exhibitors and visitors and run your exhibition with a reasonable loudness.
Parking during the exhibition
Parking cards are to be collected in the Registration stand in the right wing of the Industrial Palace for the deposit 200 CZK per piece since the 27th January 2010.
Parking is permitted in the surrounding of the Industrial Palace except the area in front of the entrance to the left wing of the Palace and on the places marked with a traffic sign.
Registation
The exhibitors are obliged to register at the Registration stand. The registration is only possible after all the fees are paid.

Flowers
You can rent the flowers for your stand at the Registration stand (27th January – afternoon and 28th January – morning)

Security
A basic security guard is provided during the exhibition. For assuring a safety of your exhibits we recommend the exhibitors to stay at the stand till the exhibition halls are encoded (after the basic cleaning finishes) or to order a security guard for your stand (price: 240 CZK per hour)
Insurance
